What Happens During A Session?
- Once you’ve booked your session with me, I will ask you to think of the questions that you would like to ask your spiritual team on the day.
- The first part of the session you will tell me your questions and we’ll chat about what will happen. Then we’ll start your session, which will consist of you going into a nice relaxed state. I will connect to my guides so we have All of OUR team working together.
- Once you are nice and relaxed we’ll call in your Spirit team and start our questions.
- After the hypnosis we’ll have a 5-10 minute chat about your session.
- Your session will be recorded and I’ll send it to you the same day so that you can replay it at your leisure.
During your SEH session you may
- Merge with your soul’s energy, explore past, concurrent or future lives,
- Receive your Soul’s wisdom by inviting your soul to speak directly through your vocal chords

My Story
I am a Hypnotherapist and Energy Healer. Born and bred in Glastonbury UK, I’d always felt different and always had a knowing that we are not just human, we are Spirit in human bodies. After my mum passed away I went on a spiritual quest to discover if there was more to life than just living an okay existence mixed with sad times and a few amazing times. This led me in 2010 to become a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist qualifying with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP) and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) from the prestigious Clifton Practice in Bristol.
Since then I have trained in lots of other modalities, including Reiki and angelic Reiki,
but it was only during my training for the Soul Empowering Hypnosis Certifications that I knowingly received the connection to my soul and guides. This experience was so profound for me that it me that I knew that it was my mission to help others who wanted that connection too.

- This session offers a no-obligation opportunity for us to determine if we're a good fit, and for you to ask any questions that you may have.
Is Hypnotherapy safe?
- Yes, hypnotherapy, when facilitated by a by a trained professional is very safe. You are always in control during the session and cannot be made to do anything against your will or moral values
conditions?
- Yes, I have many meditations and guided hypnotherapy sessions on my YouTube Channel
Do you provide any resources or tools to help me other than our sessions?
Can anyone be hypnotised?
- The majority of individuals can be hypnotised. A willingness and an open heart will enhance your experience. Trance is actually a very natural state of being . We going to trance many times today, for example, when we are daydreaming .
What is your cancellation policy?
- Life can be unpredictable. I offer a cancellation policy that requires 24 hours notice. This allows us the opportunity to reschedule and ensures that the session time can be offered to another client if you can't make it.
Can hypnotherapy help with
medical conditions?
- Hypnotherapy can complement
medical treatment for various
conditions, but it is not a
replacement for medical care.
Always consult with your healthcare
provider before using hypnotherapy
as part of your treatment plan.
What should I expect during a
session?
- We’ll start with a pre-talk about the questions you’d like to ask your
Soul and Spirit Team. Then I will
guide you into a relaxed state
where you’ll have access to your
guide’s wisdom. The experience is
